Ong's first degree was in Civil Engineering with honours from the Malaysia Technology University. It was during his university days where Ong was exposed to human rights issues which was also the begining of the refomasi movement.This is what that inspired Ong to read law and he graduated with a Bachelor Of Laws (Honours) from the University Of London and continued to complete his Certificate In Legal Practise.He chambered at the well known chambers of Karpal Singh & Co and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2005.As a litigator and partner of Dispute Resolution Ong enjoys a variety of litigation works including Civil and Criminal matter and Insurance law. Ong is a also currently the State Assemblyman (ADUN) for the Bukit Tengah Constituency and holds several key post in the Parti KeADILan in Penang.
Jayakumaran Thiagarajan
Jayakumaran received his Bachelors Of Laws with Honours from the University Of London in 2002 and subsequently completed his Certificate In Legal Practice. He continued his pupillage at the prestigious Corporate firm Zul Rafique & Partners, Kuala Lumpur and Narendran & Associates in Penang.He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2005. He practised as a Dispute Resolution Associate in several prominent firms notably Shahrizat Rashid & Lee, Paul Chong & Nathan and Rastam Singa & Co for which he was part of the legal team of several Company class action suits particularly in areas of minority oppression, Construction and Banking Law. He also handles Employment Law related matters and the firm's Corporate Law portfolio. Jaya also provides corporate advisory to several local and International based companies.
Shangkari Dato'R.Arunasalam
Shangkari graduated with a Bachelors Of Laws with Honours from the Anglia Polytechnic University, Essex England in 2003 and was admitted as an Utter Barrister and is the member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London. in 2004. and as Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2006.Shangkari was trained as a litigator specialising in Employment Law and currently handles the Commercial Conveyancing practice of the Firm.Shangkari also provides corporate advisory and has been involved in discussions for several projects namely in India and the Republic Of Timor Leste.
